Jack Dickstein, Ph.D.

| Co-Founder, President Emeritus and Director, Dr. Jack Dickstein is the primary seed investor in Kibow. He was also the founder and recently retired president of Monomer-Polymer & Dajac Laboratories ("MPD Labs") in Feasterville, PA. Dr. Dickstein has a Ph.D. from Rutgers University in Polymer Chemistry, holds more than 30 patents and has presented more than 20 technical papers. |

Natarajan Ranganathan, Ph.D.

| Principal Founder, Senior VP (R&D) and key corporate person involved in all day-to-day operations of Kibow, Dr. (Rangan) Ranganathan has over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in the chemical, medical and biotechnology fields. Dr. Rangan holds a dual Masters degree from the University of Poona, India and a Ph.D. in Bioorganic Chemistry from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. His postdoctoral work and subsequent medical research activities were at the University of Pennsylvania, Hahnemann Medical College, PA and Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, MD. |
Jay Ram
Vice President (Business Development and Strategic Operations) |
| Mr. Ram was a Senior Engineer handing regulatory issues with the State of Utah and then a project manager with the global consulting firm, Dames and Moore. In 1998, Mr. Ram became VP of engineering and strategic planning for Western Aggregates. He holds an MBA in finance and operations and information management from the Wharton School, a masters degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelors from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay. |
Mary Galambert
Vice President (Marketing and Communications) |
| With a BS in Humanities and Technology from Drexel and a MA in American studies from the University of Pennsylvania, Mary Galambert began her career in scientific publishing, first with Saunders in Philadelphia and later with Masson in Paris. She then did consulting work in Africa for the French advertising agency, Havas, and later joined the international division of Gilson, Inc., as a marketing communications specialist. |
Pari Ranganathan
Vice President (Clinical and Regulatory) |
| Pari Ranganathan holds MS degrees in Clinical Chemistry and Medical Technology from the University of Pennsylvania. She's also a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Pari acquired extensive clinical expertise during her 28 years of employment at the Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA, where she was a laboratory manager. |
